Tech Theatre Players is Louisiana Tech University's oldest-running student-led organization comprised of both theatre and non-theatre students. We offer a wide range of exciting events and workshops throughout the academic year! Some of the things to look forward to are the Stage Combat Workshop at Louisiana Tech University (04/19-20/2019) and the Tech Tony Awards celebration at the end of the year (05/18/2019). Mark your calendars!

The purpose of Tech Theatre Players is to support Louisiana Tech Theatre, the campus at large, and the community through social activities, extracurricular opportunities and outside promotions

Justin M. Jones, lovable Slytherin, is not only an amazing stage manager but also an artsy vlogger who always down for adventures and ready to belt show tunes at a minute’s notice. He believes “theatre, as an art, has the ability to reveal things about ourselves. When watching a play, musical, staged reading, or experimental piece, actors, directors, and playwrights are inviting us into their world to see and feel along with them, to hear their stories. We have a chance to walk in other peoples' shoes for a little while when we experience theatre.”
